Tabbed Definition List Javascript converts HTML definition lists in tabs. Tabbed Definition List Javascript converts HTML definition lists in tabs. This is a HTML definition list (dl) with no special markup but one class attribute. The goal is to convert a simple definition list in a tabbed widget. With definition terms as tabs and definition descriptions as content. The Javascript part works fine. It transforms the definition list to a tabbed widget, adds a div for the content and on click it switches the content, removes the link from the active tab and adds a class for styling. Works with several definition lists on the same page. If you want different styles, use multiple CSS classes. It allows you to change colors, width, height etc. and design little widgets for your website. The script works fine in IE 5.5 , Firefox and Opera 8.
